Gilles Guilad Krief is a lawyer and member of the Québec Bar since 2010. Mr. Krief has a degree in sociology (1997) and has examined in depth European nationalist movements and their political and linguistic identities.  He also has a Juris Doctorate and a post-graduate degree in Common Law and Transnational Law (2009). He specializes in civil, administrative and commercial litigation with a particular focus on class action, competition law, labour law and fundamental liberties, as well as undivided and divided co-ownership (condominiums). Mr. Krief has pleaded before all judicial courts of Quebec. Since 2010, he has been involved in several high profile class action lawsuits in the areas of consumers rights, banking institutions, financial services, environmental pollution and product liability. Mr. Krief is a member of the Lord Reading Law Society and acts as a legal advisor for many charities and non-profit organizations in Montreal. He is married and is the father of three children
